JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for someone who can consistently create and edit short-form AI videos.

This is not a position where you will only edit finished footage. You will be responsible for generating the AI clips, creating the avatar sections, and editing everything into a completed video.

Here are some example videos: ----------

I will provide:

Reference videos to recreate
Scripts for the videos
The AI avatar
Access to HeyGen
Access to Google Flow and other AI video-generation models
Examples of the style and final result I want
Feedback and instructions when needed

Reference videos and scripts may be provided daily or sent in weekly batches.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Watching and understanding each reference video
Recreating the structure, clips, pacing, and editing style
Generating AI avatar footage using HeyGen
Generating the individual AI video clips needed for each video
Creating videos directly from scripts when a reference is not provided
Regenerating clips when the results are not usable
Editing all clips into a finished vertical video
Adding captions, music, sound effects, transitions, and basic visual effects
Following the scripts and references accurately
Exporting the final video
Saving all usable raw generated clips
Clearly labeling and organizing each raw clip
Uploading the final video and raw clips to the correct folder
Making reasonable revisions when needed

Each video may require around Ten to Twenty-Five separately generated clips, depending on the length of the video. Every raw clip must be saved and labeled clearly so it can easily be found or reused later.

Video 01 – Final Export
Video Length and Workload

Most videos will be around 30 seconds to one minute long.

Some videos may be longer, but they will normally be no longer than approximately three minutes.

The expected workload is around 1–3 completed videos per day, depending on the complexity of the videos and the AI generations.

Pay

This position is paid per completed and approved video.

Pay: $3–$4 per video.

The exact rate may depend on your experience, quality, speed, and ability to follow instructions without needing constant guidance.

This can become consistent, long-term work for the right person.

Requirements

You should:

Have experience generating AI videos
Understand AI video-generation tools
Know how to create AI avatar videos using HeyGen
Be able to use Google Flow or similar video-generation platforms
Know how to edit short-form vertical videos
Understand pacing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
Be able to closely follow and recreate reference videos
Be able to create videos from provided scripts
Know how to write or adjust AI-generation prompts
Have strong file organization and labeling skills
Save all raw generated clips
Be willing to regenerate clips until they are usable
Communicate clearly
Meet deadlines consistently
Work independently without needing every small step explained

You may use CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or another editing program.

Experience with tools such as HeyGen, Google Flow, Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, or similar platforms is preferred.

Paid Test Video

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a paid test video.

For the test, I will provide:

One reference video
A script
The AI avatar
Access or instructions for the required generation tools

You will be expected to generate the clips, edit the complete video, and properly organize and label the raw files.

The test will be judged based on:

How closely you followed the reference
The quality of the generated clips
Editing quality
Pacing
Attention to detail
File organization
Communication
Ability to follow instructions independently
How to Apply
