???? About the Role

As our Virtual IT Talent Resourcer, you'll play an important role in identifying exceptional technology professionals while supporting our recruitment team with sourcing and administration.

????????? Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and other recruitment platforms
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify top talent
• Review applications and shortlist candidates against hiring requirements
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach using approved messaging
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Keep our Applicant Tracking System (Recruiterflow) accurate and up to date
• Format resumes to company standards
• Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process

???? Recruitment Administration
• Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate communications
• Maintain recruitment databases and ATS records
• Track recruitment activity and update hiring progress
• Assist recruiters with day-to-day administration
• Work closely with the team to understand each client's hiring requirements
• Provide regular updates and feedback throughout recruitment campaigns

? What We're Looking For
Essential
? Minimum 2 years' recruitment or sourcing experience
? Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
? Excellent Boolean search skills
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Strong organisational and time management skills
? High attention to detail
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment
? Experience using ATS or CRM platforms
? Reliable laptop or desktop computer with webcam
? Stable high-speed internet connection
? Available to work Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

? Highly Regarded
• Experience recruiting IT professionals
• Experience recruiting AI, Automation, Robotics, Engineering, or Technology roles
• Previous experience supporting Australian clients
• Experience using Recruiterflow, Martian Logic, or similar ATS platforms
