JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

I’m Justin and I am an outstanding sales representative in the cardboard box industry . I sell cardboard boxes in Northern California near San Francisco. I am looking for an admin who is proficient in English and Excel. This person needs , organized, responsive, responsible, excellent follow up skills, and customer service friendly. You will be helping me manage my customer database of 50 customers. You will be interacting with my customers via email.

Tasks Include:
Files management of customer PO’’s, price lists, Cad drawings, artwork for approval files, quotes for print plates, quotes for cutting dues, management of paper orders for preprint/digital special paper etc.

Following up on All PO’s before they are due/notifying me if there are any issues
Prospecting Database-Create and maintain a prospecting database for areas I specify. Also needed is looking up prospect contacts on LinkedIn and getting as much data as possible. Database set to strategic areas..
