STR Virtual Assistant – Long-Term Position

Previous Airbnb Employees Highly Preferred

Hostier is a growing UK short-term rental (STR), property management and Airbnb cleaning company.

We are looking for an experienced STR Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked directly for Airbnb in Guest Support, Host Support, Resolutions or Customer Service.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years’ STR experience
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong guest communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience handling calls, complaints and escalations
* Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Reliable internet and home-office setup

IMPORTANT – RESPONSE TIMES:
Live communication is the #1 priority of this role. When available, you are expected to provide an initial response within 2 minutes to messages from guests, cleaners and cleaning clients. If you are already handling another priority issue, you should respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Responsibilities

* Guest communication via phone, email and messaging
* Reservations, check-ins and guest issues
* Communicating with cleaners and coordinating cleans
* Communicating with our Airbnb cleaning clients
* Maintenance coordination and issue resolution
* Email and Slack management
* General STR administration and reporting

Experience With

Previous experience with Airbnb, ---------- , Hostaway, Enso Connect, Notion, Airtable, Slack and Google Workspace is highly desirable.

Previous direct employment with Airbnb will be strongly prioritised.

Hours

* 46 hours per week
* Rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00 GMT
* Weekend and public holiday coverage required
