We're looking for a creative designer with a great eye for detail and a passion for beautiful design to join our growing creative team.

This isn't just another Canva job where you'll spend your day creating social media posts.

Instead, you'll help transform ideas into premium visual concepts for luxury weddings, corporate events and bespoke celebrations.

We are a Sydney-based premium event design studio creating unforgettable weddings, corporate events and bespoke celebrations throughout Australia.

Our clients come to us because they want more than beautiful styling.

Every proposal we create is carefully designed to help our clients visualise their event before it even happens.

YOUR ROLE
??????????????????????????????

You'll become an important part of our creative team, working closely with our Creative Director and Proposal & Operations Coordinator to bring our clients' visions to life.

Every project begins with a client consultation, where we uncover the client's style, vision and requirements. From there, our team prepares a detailed design brief and proposal, giving you everything you need to start creating.

Working from that brief and our professionally designed Canva template library you'll customise each presentation to reflect the client's unique vision.

You'll create polished, presentation-ready concepts by thoughtfully incorporating furniture, florals, styling elements, décor, colour palettes and layouts that feel cohesive, elegant and inspiring.

Your designs will help clients visualise their event before it even happens, making them an essential part of the client experience.

Many of the concepts you create will become real weddings, corporate events and celebrations. There's something incredibly rewarding about seeing an idea you've helped design come to life.

While we have templates, design systems and clear creative direction, we're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions.

We're looking for someone who naturally thinks...

"This would look even better if I changed this."

You'll always have the support and guidance of our team, but we also want someone who enjoys contributing ideas, refining concepts and taking pride in producing work that exceeds expectations.

HOW YOU'LL WORK WITH US

Every project follows a simple creative process:

???? Client Discovery
Our Creative Director meets with the client to understand their vision, style and requirements.

???? Creative Brief
Our Proposal & Operations Coordinator prepares the project brief, proposal and supporting information.

???? Design & Mock-Ups
You'll bring the vision to life by creating beautiful Canva concepts that help clients visualise their event.

? Refinement
Together, we'll review and refine the concepts before they're presented to the client.

One day you might be designing a luxury wedding reception.

The next, a corporate product launch.

Then perhaps a completely new creative concept for an upcoming proposal.
