JOB OVERVIEW

We sell AI-integrated websites to small businesses in the US. B2B. Your job is to call
them and book a 15-minute appointment. That's it. You do not sell. You do not quote
prices. You book the meeting and move on.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

You are not cold calling from a phone book. We hand you the leads, already researched,
each one with a specific reason to call. You get a browser dialer with live
transcription and an AI assistant that helps you mid-call if you want it. Your
follow-up texts are written for you off your own call recording.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO

- 300 dials per day
- Ask for the owner or decision-maker by name
- Open with the specific reason you're calling, not a pitch
- Handle "I'm not interested" without arguing
- Book a 15-minute call with our closer, confirm the time out loud, send the invite
- Log what you learned so the closer knows what to open with

You will hear "no" a lot. The people who do well here are the ones who don't take it
personally and just dial the next one.

WHAT IT PAYS

- Base pay: $3/hour USD, FULL TIME - about 40 hours a week, roughly $520/month,
paid every two weeks. It is paid for doing the work, not for being on the roster:
the minimum is 300 dials a day, and two weeks with nothing booked ends the seat
- On top of the base: $75 for every demo that is HELD (the prospect shows up and the
call actually happens)
- $150 more when a demo you booked becomes a sale
- Paid every two weeks. Contractor.

So a normal month with 12 held demos and 3 of them closing is about $1,870 - the $520
base plus $1,350 on top. Twenty held with five closing is about $2,770.

No-shows do not pay. That is deliberate: it puts the incentive on booking people who
are actually going to be there, not on padding a calendar.

WHAT YOU NEED

- Clear, natural spoken English. A US business owner should never have to say "what?"
- A reliable computer, headset and internet
- You can work US Eastern morning hours. Owners answer early, so the first two hours
of your day matter more than the rest.

Full time, about 40 hours a week, and your hours must overlap US Eastern morning.

What you'd be booking demos for: scsai.app/studio

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application with this exact phrase: DIALS

Include:
1. A 60-second voice recording (or just an audio file) where you read this out loud
as if you were on a real call:

"Hi, is this Danny? Danny, I'm calling from SCS AI, quick one. I was looking at
your business online - do you have a website for it right now?"

2. How many dials a day you've done before, and at what job
3. Your monthly rate in USD

We listen to the recording first. Applications without it are not read -- if you won't
record 60 seconds to get the job, you won't make 100 calls a day once you have it.
