Outbound Appointment Setter (Remote, Philippines):

ScoutStack is an AI-powered sales platform for home services pros (solar, roofing, HVAC). We help teams find homeowners with real buying signals like recent move-ins, storm damage, aging roofs, permit history, and solar installs.

We're hiring a remote outbound appointment setter to call prospects, follow up with warm leads, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and warm leads
- Follow simple call scripts and improve them with feedback
- Qualify homeowners, contractors, and home service businesses
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Send follow-up messages when needed
- Log every call, note, and outcome accurately in the CRM

What we're looking for:
- Excellent spoken English that sounds clear and natural
- Comfortable making outbound calls for several hours per day
- Friendly, persistent, and good at keeping conversations moving
- Organized enough to track follow-ups and appointments correctly
- Coachable, reliable, and quick to learn
- Prior appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation experience is a plus

Pay:
- $8/hr. Fully remote, Philippines-based.
