JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Position
We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer or Senior Legal Professional who has previously worked with Australian law firms.
This is NOT an entry-level legal assistant role.
We are looking for someone who already understands Australian estate planning and can work with minimal supervision.
You MUST have experience preparing and managing:
• Wills
• Enduring Powers of Attorney
• General Powers of Attorney
• Advance Health Directives
• Testamentary Trust Wills
• Discretionary Trusts
• Binding Death Benefit Nominations
• Superannuation Estate Planning
• Probate and Estate Administration (preferred)
• Estate planning file management
• Legal precedents and document preparation
