About i-screen
i-screen is Australia’s largest consumer health-screening company, offering DNA, blood, gut health and metabolic testing across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK. We’re a fast-moving health-tech brand investing heavily in AI, and we need a designer who can help our visual brand keep pace with that ambition.

The role
We’re looking for a creative designer to produce imagery for our website and images and video for our marketing collateral and newsletters. This is a contract role, roughly 3 days per week, working remotely from the Philippines and aligned where possible to Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT). You’ll work directly with our Marketing and AI teams.

What you’ll do
• Create professional, on-brand images for the i-screen website and landing pages
• Produce images and short-form video for marketing campaigns, social channels and email newsletters
• Use AI ad-creation platforms as your primary delivery engine to produce high-quality, testable output fast
• Reach for generative AI engines when we need bespoke, truly on-brand assets that off-the-shelf tools can’t deliver
• Adapt and refine assets to suit a premium, credible health and science brand
• Turn briefs around quickly and iterate based on feedback

How we think about AI tools
We’re deliberately moving away from purely manual, traditional design workflows. We think about AI creative tooling in two layers, and we want someone fluent in both:
• Ad-creation platforms (our main workflow): purpose-built tools that turn a brief, brand kit or product URL into finished, testable image and video ads fast, for example Creatify, Arcads, AdCreative.ai, HeyGen or Captions.
• Generative engines (for bespoke work): the underlying tools used to craft custom imagery and video from scratch, for example Midjourney, Runway, Google Veo, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Flux or Ideogram.
The ideal person uses the platform layer to move quickly and the engine layer when the brand needs something custom, rather than relying on any single tool.

Essential
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio we can review
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI ad-creation platforms (e.g. Creatify, Arcads, AdCreative.ai) and generative AI engines (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Veo). You must be able to show examples of AI-assisted work you’ve produced
• A genuinely good eye for what looks professional, clean and premium, and the judgement to know what suits a premium health brand, including what is appropriate and credible rather than just what converts
• Video creation and editing capability for short-form marketing and social content
• Excellent written English and reliable communication
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and show value quickly with minimal supervision
• A stable internet connection and your own equipment

Nice to have
• Experience in health, wellness, science or premium consumer brands
• Motion graphics / basic animation
• Experience designing for email newsletters and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Prior digital marketing experience, with exposure to tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and similar platforms
• Working knowledge of traditional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) as a complement to AI workflows

Engagement details
• Contract, approximately 3 days per week
• Fully remote from the Philippines
• Monthly rate (competitive, discussed at interview)
