We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Move Coordinator to manage international household goods relocations from origin to destination. In this role, you will guide customers through every stage of the moving process, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, shipping partners, and customs authorities.
As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, proactive communication, and efficient move management. This position is ideal for someone with experience in relocation services, logistics, freight forwarding, or courier operations who enjoys solving problems and helping customers navigate complex moves.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the relocation process.
Provide timely, professional communication and respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Build trust and confidence by setting clear expectations and providing regular updates.
Move Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of household goods moves, including:
Packing
Transportation
Storage
Customs clearance
Final delivery
Ensure moves are completed on time and in accordance with service commitments.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and review shipping instructions, customs documents, invoices, and operational paperwork.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and international relocation standards.
Shipment Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate shipment status updates in company systems.
Monitor progress proactively and communicate any delays, changes, or issues to clients.
Problem Resolution
Manage service disruptions, exceptions, customer concerns, and claims professionally and efficiently.
Identify solutions that minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
Financial Administration
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Billing teams, and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing.
Collect required prepayments from customers before service delivery when applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, moving services, freight forwarding, or a related field.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred
Experience coordinating household goods (HHG) relocations.
Experience in courier, parcel delivery, or international shipping operations.
French language skills are an advantage.

Work Requirements
Available to work 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT) to support European business hours.

Comfortable working as part of a centralized, cross-trained coordination team handling files across multiple countries.
Must have:
Reliable personal laptop suitable for business use.
Dedicated and quiet home office workspace.
Stable, high-speed internet connection.
