JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to help manage the financial transactions of an eCommerce business. This role includes handling accounts payable, performing bank reconciliations, posting credit card charges daily, tracking and maintaining inventory through QuickBooks, and preparing weekly financial reports.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records across multiple accounts and ensuring financial and inventory data is up to date and organized. Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying discrepancies and improving financial processes. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and vendors. Prior eCommerce accounting experience is preferred.
