We are a licensed, bonded credit education and consulting company based in Miami, Florida. We serve mostly Spanish-speaking clients and operate strictly under U.S. federal law (CROA and FCRA) and Florida's Credit Service Organization statute. We do the work the right way — item-specific, evidence-based disputes. No shortcuts, no false promises.
We are a small team and we treat each other like one. You will work directly with the owner and our disputes supervisor. This is a long-term seat, not a task queue.
THIS ROLE IS FOR AN EXPERIENCED DISPUTER
We are not hiring someone to learn credit repair here. We need someone who has already run files end to end, read hundreds of bureau responses, and knows what to do when an item comes back "verified" for the third time. If that's you, keep reading.
SCHEDULE
9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
(9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Miami)
Daylight saving adjustment is confirmed with you in writing.
PAY
$5.00 per hour to start
$5.50 per hour after 90 days
Reviewed again at six months and with each growth stage you reach
Merit increases available at any point
Paid twice a month — the 15th and the last day of the month — via Wise. We cover the transfer fees.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Company VPN, DisputeFox access, and all systems needed for the work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Pull and analyze tri-bureau credit reports (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
Identify inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items: collections, charge-offs, late payments, duplicate accounts, incorrect personal information, unauthorized inquiries
Draft item-specific dispute letters under FCRA Section 1681i and Section 1681e(b)
Manage all client files, rounds, and progress inside DisputeFox
Track the 30-day bureau response window and log every result per file
Process bureau responses and run method-of-verification follow-ups on items returned "verified"
Send 623 direct disputes to furnishers and FDCPA validation requests to collectors when applicable
Call furnishers and collection agencies directly on 623 disputes and validation follow-ups
Call the credit bureaus' business lines about process questions, submission status, or documentation requirements
Prepare CFPB and FTC complaints when bureaus or furnishers fail to comply
Keep clean, audit-ready documentation on every file, including a log of every call: date, party, representative name, and outcome
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4 years of hands-on credit repair dispute experience with U.S.-based credit repair companies. We will verify this — expect to name the companies you worked for and provide at least one reference.
Experience in a credit repair platform. DisputeFox strongly preferred. If you have not used it, tell us which platform you know best and how quickly you have picked up new systems.
Hands-on experience with Metro 2 reporting. You should be able to read a tradeline's data fields and identify where the furnisher's reporting is inconsistent or non-compliant.
Excellent written English. Your letters go to federal agencies and credit bureaus.
Clear spoken English. This role includes phone contact with furnishers, collection agencies, and credit bureau business lines.
Working knowledge of the FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA, including what you are not allowed to do
Proven experience escalating past "verified" results: MOV requests, furnisher-direct disputes, regulatory complaints
Very high attention to detail. One wrong account number or date can cost a client a full round.
Reliable computer, headset, backup power and internet plan, and a quiet place to work
Willingness to work through our company VPN and handle all client data through company-provided systems only
Available for the full schedule window listed above
Strong communicator who raises questions instead of guessing
NICE TO HAVE
Spanish reading ability (bonus only, not required)
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF
Your credit repair experience is outside the U.S. market
Your experience is sending blanket "not my account" or "permissible purpose" template disputes
You are looking for something short-term between other jobs
You cannot verify your years of experience
GROWTH
Your pay increases on a written schedule starting at 90 days, and is reviewed again at six months and with each growth stage you reach. Your hours grow with our active file volume — up to full-time, and eventually lead specialist running your own team. Every hire receives a written compensation and growth plan on day one, so you know exactly what the path looks like before you start.
HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with the word FCRA so we know you read the full post. Question 3 is the one that matters most — applicants who complete all six items will be scheduled for a short video interview.
Which U.S. credit repair companies you worked for, how long at each, and a contact who can confirm it
Which platforms you have worked in, and how many active files you carried at once
Walk us through one item you got removed AFTER the bureau came back "verified." What did you send next, and why?
A 60-second voice or video introduction covering your credit repair background
Your internet speed test result (screenshot or link)
Confirmation that you can work 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine Time
