JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand running performance-driven ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and we're looking for a reliable, organized UGC Manager to help us scale our creator content across multiple markets — primarily Scandinavia and Australia.

What you'll do:
- You'll own our UGC pipeline from creator sourcing to final delivery, working closely with our creative strategists, editors, and UGC creators.

This includes:
- Sourcing UGC creators in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) and Australia
- Presenting vetted creators to the team
- Communicating with creators — outreach, briefing, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Team communication — keeping strategists and editors updated on incoming content

What we're looking for:
- Experience managing UGC creators or influencer/creator campaigns
- Strong communication and follow-up skills — you're comfortable chasing deadlines
- Highly organized (you'll be juggling multiple creators, briefs, and markets at once)
- Comfortable working with fast turnaround times

Nice to have:
- Experience with Meta ads or direct response marketing
- Familiarity with Scandinavian and/or Australian markets
