Ahead Recruitment is an Australian recruitment agency specialising in supplying casual, temporary and permanent educators to childcare centres across Australia.
We help Centre Directors and Owners quickly find qualified educators when they need staffing support.
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who loves generating new business and booking qualified meetings.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is driven by results.
Your Responsibilities
• Research childcare centres across Australia (primarily NSW)
• Find Centre Directors, Area Managers and Owners
• Cold call decision makers
• Send personalised follow-up emails
• Reach out through LinkedIn
• Follow up consistently until a decision is made
• Book qualified appointments
• Update our CRM daily
• Build long-term relationships with childcare centres
• Generate new clients every month
You MUST Have
• At least 2 years of B2B appointment setting or business development experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience calling Australian businesses
• Confidence speaking with decision makers
• Strong objection handling skills
• Ability to work independently
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet home office
• Positive attitude
• Highly organised
