Sales Manager for ---------- Clients — Close Deals, Keep the Business Running

---------- is a growing US-based business, and we're hiring a full-time Sales Manager who does two things exceptionally well: turns leads into customers, and keeps the operation organized behind the scenes.

This is a rare hybrid role. Roughly 60–70% of your time is sales — following up with warm leads by DM, text, and email, and closing on live calls. The other 30–40% is being the operational right hand to the business owner: admin support, keeping projects on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work directly with the owner on a small, modern, AI-powered team.

IMPORTANT: these are warm leads from our marketing — people who attended our masterclass, opted in, or reached out. This is follow-up and closing, NOT cold calling strangers.

What you'll own — Sales (60–70%):

Speed-to-lead follow-up — every new lead gets a response fast; you'll manage the pipeline so no lead ever goes cold
DM, SMS, and email conversations — build rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and move people toward a decision
Live closing calls — hop on Zoom/phone with interested leads, walk them through the program, and close
Pipeline management — track every lead's stage in the CRM, run consistent follow-up sequences (the fortune is in the follow-up — most sales happen on touch 5+, and you'll actually do touch 5+)
Sales reporting — weekly numbers: leads worked, conversations, calls booked, closes, revenue

What you'll own — Admin & Project Management (30–40%):

Admin support — inbox management, scheduling, customer service replies, and keeping student/customer records tidy
Project management — track the team's projects and deadlines, follow up with tea ---------- mbers on deliverables, and flag anything at risk to the owner
SOPs and organization — document processes as you go so the business gets more organized every month
Owner support — be the dependable right hand who handles the details so the owner can focus on growth

Who we're looking for:

2+ years in sales, appointment setting, or closing — ideally for coaching, courses, education, or other high-ticket online offers
Excellent spoken AND written English — you'll be on live calls with US customers and writing DMs all day; this is non-negotiable
Proven follow-up discipline — you don't give up after one message, and you never let a lead slip through the cracks
Genuinely organized — you love checklists, CRMs, and project trackers; people describe you as "the reliable one"
Empathetic seller — our customers are real people investing in themselves; we close with care, never with pressure or hype
Comfortable with modern tools — CRM, Google Workspace, and AI tools (we'll train you on our stack; you just need to be tech-comfortable and coachable)
Able to work US Pacific business hours (PH night shift) with quiet space for calls, good headset, fast internet, and a backup plan for power/internet outages

Why this role is a great gig:

Base salary + uncapped commission — your income grows with every close, and our marketing team keeps your pipeline full
Work directly with the business owner — no bureaucracy, real responsibility, real trust
Long-term, stable role with room to grow into a leadership position as the team expands
Learn a modern AI-powered business stack — sales, ops, and AI skills that compound your career
13th month pay and paid PH holidays after probation (edit/remove to match what you actually offer)

How to apply (read carefully — this is the first test):

Start your application with the word "CLOSER" so we know you read the full post
Record a 1–2 minute voice or video introduction (Loom, Vocaroo, or similar): who you are, your sales experience, and why this role fits you — we need to hear your spoken English
Tell us about ONE deal you personally closed: what were they hesitant about, and what did you say or do that got them to yes?
Tell us about ONE system or process you set up that kept a team or business organized
Your expected base salary + confirm you can work US Pacific business hours full-time

Applications that skip any of these steps will not be read. If you follow up with leads the way we hope, you'll follow instructions the same way.
