• You cannot provide real production numbers from a recent role
• You need basic phone-sales training before working independently
HOW TO APPLY
Your first line must be exactly:
I understand the rate is $6 USD/hour paid monthly, and I can attend Tuesday, August 11 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
Then answer every question:
1. How many years of inbound and outbound appointment-setting experience do you have?
2. In your most recent role, how many inbound leads did you work per day and how many outbound calls did you make?
3. How many qualified appointments did you average per week or month, and what was your show rate?
4. Which dialers and CRMs have you used?
5. Describe one difficult objection you regularly handled and how you moved the conversation forward.
6. Which U.S. industries have you called, and what qualification criteria did you use?
REQUIRED VIDEO AUDITION
Include a resume, redacted proof of prior production, and one continuous 90–120 second video. State your name, years of inbound and outbound experience, and your most recent verified call and appointment numbers. Then role-play this situation:
A U.S. homeowner completed an online form asking about solar. When you call, the homeowner says, “I was just looking, I am busy, and I do not want a sales pitch.” Demonstrate your opening, two or three useful qualification questions, your objection response, and your request for a scheduled appointment with a closer.
Do not read a generic script. We evaluate tone, listening, conversation control, qualification, objection handling, and the clarity of your appointment ask. Do not invent savings, tax-credit eligibility, utility information, or promises not provided in the scenario.
Applications missing measurable phone-setting evidence, complete answers, or the requested video will not advance. Redact all customer names, addresses, phone numbers, account details, and other private information.
