JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

I run a real estate business and I'm looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can build and run the systems that keep my operations moving. This is not a role for generalists. I need someone who is genuinely strong in all three of the following areas:

AI Automation — building automated workflows and systems (lead handling, follow-ups, CRM automations, internal processes, etc.)
AI Generation — including AI video generation for ads
Media Buying — running and managing paid ad campaigns

If you do not have real, hands-on experience with all three, please do not apply. I'm specifically looking for one person who can cover the full pipeline: automate the systems I need, produce AI-generated video ads, and then handle the media buying to get those ads in front of the right people.

What You'll Be Doing

Automating the systems and workflows my real estate business relies on
Creating AI-generated video content for advertising
Planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (media buying)
Building integrations and connecting the tools in my stack

Requirements

Proven experience in AI automation, AI generation (video included), and media buying
A track record of building automations, integrations, and/or APIs
Comfortable working independently and owning systems end-to-end
Real estate experience is a plus but not required. willingness to learn my industry is a must
