# Key Responsibilities
### Outbound Prospecting
* Make 80–120 outbound calls per day.
* Contact practice owners, practice managers, operations managers, and decision makers.
* Follow up on marketing leads and previous enquiries.
* Research target practices before making contact.
* Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
### Lead Qualification
* Understand the practice's current operational processes.
* Identify pain points and opportunities.
* Qualify prospects using the company's qualification framework.
* Determine decision makers and buying timelines.
### Demo Booking
* Book qualified demonstrations for the Founder.
* Confirm appointments and send calendar invitations.
* Reduce no-show rates through reminder calls and
* Ensure all relevant prospect information is captured before the demo.
### CRM Management
* Record every call and interaction in the CRM.
* Maintain accurate prospect information.
* Update lead stages and next actions.
* Keep notes detailed and organised.
### Follow-up
* Execute structured follow-up sequences via phone and
* Re-engage cold leads.
* Nurture prospects until they are ready for a demonstration.
### Market Intelligence
* Gather competitor information.
* Identify common customer objections.
* Share customer feedback with the sales and product teams.
