JOB OVERVIEW

Local SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist to join our growing team and work with local service businesses across the U.S.

Work Schedule

* Monday to Friday
* 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)

Starting Salary & Benefits

* Starting salary: $900 USD/month
* Higher salary may be offered for the right candidate with exceptional experience and proven results
* Performance bonuses based on results

Requirements

* 5+ years of proven Local SEO experience.
* Experience working with local service businesses in the U.S. market.
* Proven track record of improving Google rankings and generating organic leads.
* Strong experience with Google Business Profile (Google My Business).
* Strong knowledge of Local SEO strategies, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and keyword research.
* Experience optimizing WordPress websites and website structure.
* Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools.
* Experience working for a U.S.-based marketing agency is highly preferred.
* Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute Local SEO strategies for multiple clients.
* Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local rankings.
* Perform keyword research focused on local service areas.
* Optimize websites, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
* Create SEO recommendations for service pages, location pages, and blog content.
* Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance.
* Coordinate with content writers, developers, and project managers to ensure SEO tasks are completed.
* Stay up to date with Google's latest Local SEO best practices.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about helping local businesses grow through SEO.
