**READ THE HOURS BEFORE YOU APPLY. This is a night shift.**

You need at least 3 working hours between 10pm and 4am Philippine Time, every weekday. That's how we overlap with our US morning. If you can't work nights, don't apply. We'd rather you skip this one than burn out in month 2.
**About us**
LSAT Unplugged is a US-based LSAT coaching and law school admissions company. We've been helping students raise their test scores since 2005. We run lean: a small team, a lot of automation, and systems that need to keep working while we focus on students.
**The role**
You'll be our hands-on tech assistant, working directly with our founder and supporting our tech lead and operations manager. This isn't a build-from-scratch engineering role. You're the person who keeps our marketing and operations machine running: setting up
Most tasks are small and specific. A typical week: schedule a launch
**Hard requirement: GoHighLevel**
You must already know GoHighLevel well. Funnels, workflows, calendars, products,
**Hard requirement 2: you use AI to do the work**
This is not a bonus point. It's how the job gets done.
We expect you to use Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or whatever you already like, as your default way of working. Especially on website and sales page updates. Instead of hand-coding a section, you describe it and iterate. Instead of clicking through 40 pages hunting for broken links, you run a script. Instead of eyeballing a mobile layout that broke, you paste the CSS in and ask why.
Real examples of what we mean:
- We hand you a Google Doc of copy. You turn it into a publish-ready GHL funnel page that matches our fonts and colors, using AI to write the HTML and CSS for the custom code blocks.
- A section looks wrong on mobile. You screenshot it, work the CSS out with AI, test it, ship it.
- We change a URL structure. You generate the redirect map instead of writing 60 redirects by hand.
- You need to check every page on the site for broken links and missing images. You write a script once and rerun it monthly.
- A popup needs to fire on exit intent for one traffic source only. You work out the trigger logic with AI rather than waiting on our developer.
You don't need to be a developer. You need to be someone who reaches for AI first, reads what it gives you, tests it, and fixes it when it's wrong. If your answer to "can you build this page section" is "I'd need a developer," this isn't the role.
To be clear about one thing: we want you using AI on the work. We don't want AI pretending to be you. More on that in the application.

**What you'll do**
Core responsibilities:
1.
2. Website and sales page updates, AI-assisted. Website edits, GHL funnel and checkout pages, redirects, broken links and images, popups, and publishing new pages from content we provide. You'll use AI to write and fix the HTML and CSS rather than waiting on a developer or clicking through a page builder for 3 hours.
3. AI bot changes. Adjust prompts and flows on our GHL conversation bots and voice agent when they need tuning.
4. Automation library updates. Document new workflows and keep our internal library current.
5. Automation QA and monitoring. Test workflows end to end, run recurring checks, and investigate when something fires wrong or doesn't fire at all.
6. GHL
7. Small scripts and automations. Use Claude Code or a similar tool to build the thing that saves you 2 hours next month.
You'll also pitch in on:
1. CRM and data hygiene in GHL: tags, smartlists, custom fields, duplicate and spam contact cleanup.
2. Google Sheets maintenance: formula fixes, mapping GHL data to trackers, backups.
3. Checkout and product plumbing: creating and cloning GHL and Thinkific checkout pages, basic Stripe product edits, price changes.
4. First-line tech triage: "the site is down," "a student can't log in," "why did she get this
5. Owning projects end to end. Sometimes we'll hand you a whole project, not a task list. You scope it, break it down, manage your own deadlines, and keep us posted without being chased.
**Tools we use**
You must be strong in GoHighLevel, and you must already work with AI daily.
Basic HTML and CSS helps a lot here. You don't need to write it fro

**Who does well in this role**
1. You debug before you escalate. When an automation misfires, your first instinct is to open the workflow and trace it, not to ask what to do.
2. You test your own work. Every link clicked, every workflow run end to end, before you mark a task done.
3. You write clearly and fast in English. We work async through Asana and Slack, so your writing is how we know you.
4. You're organized enough to handle 10 to 20 small tasks a week without dropping any.
5. You can project manage yourself. Hand you a project and you come back with a plan, then updates, then a finished result.
6. You reach for AI before you reach for us. When a page section needs building or a layout breaks, your first move is to work it out with AI, not to send a question and wait 12 hours for an answer.
7. You don't trust AI blindly. You check the output, click the links, and load the page on your phone before you say it's done.
**Details**
1. 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow if it's a fit
2. $450 to $650 USD per month, depending on experience
3. Fully remote and async-first, but you need at least 3 working hours between 10pm and 4am Philippine Time so you're available for meetings
4. **Hubstaff time tracking is required.** You track your hours in Hubstaff while you work. This is not optional and it's not negotiable. If you're not willing to track time, stop reading here.
5. Paid every 2 weeks based on tracked Hubstaff hours
6. Independent contractor role
7. Long-term. We're not looking for a 3-month project.
**How to apply**

The form takes about 10 minutes and ends with a short video. Yes, a video is required. It's a 3 minute recording of you talking about your GHL and AI work, with your screen shared. No video, no interview. That's the whole filter.
One note, since we're asking for two things that sound opposite. Use AI on the job as much as you want, that's the point of the role. Don't use it to answer for you in the application. We want to hear you talk about work you actually did, in your own words, with your screen up. Polish isn't what we're grading.
If the video is a dealbreaker for you, that's fine, this just isn't your role.
