E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (Amazon & eBay Product Listing)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to manage product listings on Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate has experience creating, optimizing, and maintaining online product listings while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with marketplace standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions optimized for search visibility (SEO).
Research products and competitors to improve listing performance.
Upload and edit product images according to marketplace guidelines.
Update pricing, inventory, variations, and product specifications.
Create parent-child variations and manage listing attributes.
Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, and policy violations.
Coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to obtain product information and images.
Perform keyword research using Amazon SEO tools to improve product rankings.
Track listing performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure product data accuracy, including SKUs, UPCs, dimensions, weights, and categories.
Assist with inventory management and stock updates.
Support promotions, coupons, and sales events as needed.
Maintain organized records using spreadsheets or inventory management systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon and/or eBay product listings.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO best practices.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with image editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is an advantage.
Familiarity with listing tools such as Inkfrog, SixBit, ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, Linnworks, or similar is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple listings while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week (EST)
Compensation
USD 4.00 per hour
