JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're a fast-growing video marketing education company (700K+ organic followers, 10,000+ entrepreneurs trained).

We need a sharp, fast, detail-oriented VA who lives inside Claude and ChatGPT daily; not someone who's dabbled, but someone who genuinely knows how to get a great output out of them and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Speed is a must-have for this role.

If you take a long time to produce a finished graphic, this isn't the right fit; please don't apply unless you can turn around polished, ready-to-post work fast.

What You'll Do
Prompt engineering in Claude:
Take a creative brief or rough idea and use Claude to develop, refine, and structure a strong image-generation prompt before handing it off ; you understand how to get specific, high-quality prompts rather than one-shotting a vague request.

Image generation in ChatGPT: Take the refined prompt into ChatGPT to generate the actual graphic/image.

Finishing in Canva: Bring the generated image into Canva to finalize it for posting; including stripping the image's metadata so it's safe to publish across platforms without triggering any issues.

Fast turnaround:
Deliver polished, on-brand, ready-to-post graphics quickly; for webinars, course launches, and ongoing promotional content.

What You'll Grow Into (Ongoing)
Content system building: organizing transcripts and notes from past coaching calls into AI tools to help surface content ideas and frameworks.
General AI-assisted operations support across content, email, and marketing tasks as our systems expand.
What We're Looking For
Daily, hands-on comfort with both Claude and ChatGPT; you can describe your actual prompting process, not just that you "use AI tools."

Working knowledge of Canva, specifically for finishing/exporting images and stripping metadata before posting.
A track record of fast turnaround on real design/graphics work; you'll be asked for a specific, recent example with an actual time attached.

Detail-oriented — you catch your own mistakes before they go out.
Reliable, honest communicator; tell us early if something is off-brand, unclear, or going to take longer than expected.
