JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
You will handle inbound WhatsApp leads for a peptide research wellness center. Your job is to respond to leads every day, follow our compliance rules for how we communicate with clients, help them complete required paperwork (consent form), and provide the approved price list for peptides we offer. You will use the scripts and materials we provide.

Responsibilities
Monitor WhatsApp and answer new leads daily in a timely, professional way
Follow company compliance requirements for client communication (approved wording and boundaries)
Use the provided scripts to:
respond to questions
confirm basic intent/needs
guide clients to the correct next step
Send the consent form to clients and ensure it is completed/signed as required
Provide clients with the approved price list (and only what you’re authorized to share)
Maintain simple notes/logs of each lead (name/contact, status: contacted/consent sent/consent completed, follow-up needed)
Escalate any questions you’re not authorized to answer to the designated tea ---------- mber
Qualifications
Experience handling customer inquiries (call/chat support is a plus)
Clear English speaking/writing for WhatsApp voice/text
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts/compliance rules exactly
Reliable internet and ability to work daily during scheduled hours
Comfortable completing forms/document steps with clients
Training & Tools
Full training on compliance + approved scripts
Consent form template and process instructions
Approved peptide price list and product information
Lead-tracking instructions and escalation contact
