Want to create scroll stopping ads and be a part of a forward-thinking remote team?

We’re a UK-based digital agency working exclusively with Med Spa clinics (think: CO2 laser, HIFU, injectables) looking for a skilled and proactive Creative Specialist to join us. You’ll work closely with our ad strategists to bring concepts to life, producing both static images and short-form videos that drive leads and engagement across Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Producing thumb stopping static images and videos for Meta ads – 6+ assets per campaign (mix of static and video) across multiple Med Spa treatments.
* Following provided creative briefs and SOPs (we don’t leave you guessing!) with room to pitch your creative ideas.
* Editing stock, and brand assets into highly converting ads – you know what catches eyes in the UK/US/Western Med Spa market.
* Collaborating with our team for rapid feedback, creative tweaks, and ongoing tests (ABO, CBO campaigns etc).
* Delivering on deadlines – we move FAST and test a lot, so you gotta be proactive.
* Staying plugged into what’s working right now – applying ad trends, hooks, and approaches based on real UK/Western campaigns (not just generic Canva stuff).
* (Bonus) Already worked on or researched Med Spa, beauty, or body/aesthetics ads? Huge plus!

This role does start as a part time role but will evolve into a full time role within the agency.

Must-Haves:
* 1-2 years+ creating paid social ad creatives (with proven Meta/Facebook/IG portfolio)
* Solid understanding of Western creative styles, hooks, and trends (UK/USA/EUROPE audience – NOT generic ecom or Asian market only)
* Experience producing both static and video creatives (short-form video, reels, story formats)
* Great eye for detail, layout, text overlays, and color
* Proactive work ethic – you don’t sit around waiting for instructions, you get shit done
* Fast turnaround times & responsive communication
* Fluent in English (written and spoken!)
* (Bonus) Familiar with Med Spa industry, beauty, aesthetics… or have run similar ad creatives before
* (Bonus) Prior agency or remote team experience
