Are you a CPA or an Accounting Professional with solid U.S. accounting experience?

We're looking for an experienced *Accounting Specialist* to join our growing team!

?? Please Note:
This position is ONLY for candidates with *hands-on experience working with U.S.-based clients or U.S. companies.* Candidates with local Philippine accounting experience only* will *not* be considered.

Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the timely completion of financial reports and reconciliations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of U.S. accounting practices and experience supporting U.S.-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily income and expenses accurately.
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP).
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, billing, and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize tax-related records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

- CPA is an advantage but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Required: Proven experience working directly with *U.S.-based clients or U.S. companies.*
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
