WordPress & WooCommerce Product Listing Specialist (B2B Wholesale)
About Us

Wholesale Squad is a UK-based B2B wholesale company supplying consumer electronics, accessories, technology and other branded products to businesses across the UK.

We work with manufacturers, brands and major distributors, and we're looking for someone to help build a professional online catalogue that makes it easy for businesses to browse and purchase products in bulk.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys eCommerce, product management and improving online customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Your main role will be uploading and managing products on our WordPress/WooCommerce wholesale website.

Your responsibilities will include:

Upload products from supplier catalogues.
Create professional product listings with clear titles and descriptions.
Add high-quality product images.
Organise products into the correct categories.
Apply pricing and mark-ups provided by our team.
Ensure listings are accurate and visually appealing.
Improve the layout and presentation of product pages.
Make the website easier for B2B customers to browse and order in bulk.
Suggest improvements to the website's user experience and navigation.
Maintain product information and update listings when supplier catalogues change.
Skills We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience using WordPress.
Experience with WooCommerce.
Excellent English writing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to organise large product catalogues.
Basic image editing skills.

Preferred:

Experience with B2B or wholesale websites.
Experience importing products using CSV files.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience improving website usability (UX).
Familiarity with SEO for product pages.
Working Hours
20–30 hours per week to start.
Opportunity to become full-time.
