JOB OVERVIEW

Outbound Virtual Assistant Needed

We are looking for 1 dedicated Outbound Virtual Assistant in the male fitness industry

This is a 100% remote role for candidates able and willing to work in UK time zone

What We Avoid:

Cold messaging uninterested prospects
Aggressive prospecting in Facebook groups
Long, ineffective pitches

Your Responsibilities:
Initiate meaningful conversations with followers who are actively seeking solutions.

Please Do Not Apply If:

Team collaboration isn’t your strong suit.
You lack a strong desire for excellence.
You don’t believe in our mission to help others.
You’re resistant to acquiring new skills.
You’re not willing to put in extra effort to secure more calls.
You’re not passionate about fitness and financial success.

Requirements:

Starting conversations with 200+ accounts each day across our Instagram page
Availability for at least 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week in UK Time zone
Native or completely fluent English speaker
Proficient typing skills with a conversational flow (comprehensive training provided)

Compensation:

For Outbound VA role - Base salary of $5 per hour plus the possibility of extra hours with increased responsibilities & progression into a full DM Setting role with bonuses and an increase in future pay leading to potential estimated earnings of $1.5k - $2.5k per month
