You will be working hand-in-hand with me as my trusted, one-on-one partner to launch, build, and manage the career of Marionna, an exceptional, rising Pop recording artist. Marionna performs as a sleek solo act for high-end lounges and with a full live band for festivals and college campuses.

We are building her brand, business, and digital footprint completely from scratch. I’m looking for a dedicated, long-term co-pilot who wants to become an essential part of our family's mission and grow with us for years to come! This is not a sterile corporate job or a short-term gig. Because you will play a vital role in building Marionna’s career from the ground up, your income will scale right alongside our success through performance-based booking bonuses. As she steps onto bigger stages, you win right along with our family.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission is simple: help us build Marionna’s online presence, organize our family business systems, and get her booked on stages. Your daily mix will include:

Creative & Social Media: Bringing fresh ideas to life! Editing fun short-form clips (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) using Canva and CapCut.

Bookings & Outreach: Helping research US venues, festivals, and colleges, and coordinating outreach via email and phone.

CRM & Systems: Helping us set up and keep our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM organized and running smoothly.

Day-to-Day Management: Managing schedules, calendars, and making sure our Electronic Press Kit (EPK) always looks sharp.

What We Are Looking For
Creative & Organized: You have an eye for pop aesthetics and video editing, but you also love keeping things neat, structured, and on schedule.

Good Spoken English: Clear, warm, and confident speaking voice for occasional US phone coordination.

Tech-Comfortable: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva/CapCut, and a willingness to learn GoHighLevel (GHL).

Reliability: A quiet home office, noise-canceling headset, and stable high-speed internet.
