Graphic Designer (Freelance)
We run a podcast production agency for brands and creators, and we're adding more freelance Graphic Designers to the bench on projects as they come, paid per project.

You would be a great fit if you can take a brief and run with it. We move fast and our clients want their content turned around quickly, so dependable communication and clean delivery matter as much as the edit itself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design YouTube thumbnails at 1280x720 (PNG), usually a branded variant and a more creative one
- Design social carousels and post graphics that visually belong to the same show as the thumbnail
- Build the smaller stuff: episode visuals, quote cards, series art
- When there's no brand kit, pull the look out of past episodes yourself
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with actual thumbnails. Brand-identity decks alone don't tell us what we need to know
- Comfortable in Canva and Adobe. You know when to reach for which one
- Fluent with AI image tools - you use them. You are the quality gate, not the prompt
- Fast iteration, clean files, real sense of hierarchy
This starts per project with steady volume for the right person, and it can grow into more consistent work over time. The first step after we review portfolios is a short paid test edit.
Flexible, remote, project-based work with small focused teams. You get a producer's brief, source material, and clear specs.
If you're good at this, apply.
HOW TO APPLY
