JOB OVERVIEW

We are a skincare e-commerce brand selling in Multiple European countries, looking for video editors to create Facebook video ads that sell.

This is direct response editing: stop the scroll in the first 3-5 seconds and get the viewer to buy. We will teach you exactly how. You get our playbook of proven ad formulas and winning hooks, plus paid AI tools including Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs and Claude. Your job is to execute the system excellently, and over time, discover winning ideas of your own.

Payment Structure: You are paid per video: 25 USD base plus 5 USD per language translation, and a typical video covers multiple countries. Every ad that hits our profit targets earns bonuses of 10 to 20 USD per language, so one winning ad in 7 countries can add 140 USD by itself. Editors doing 4 to 5 videos per week realistically earn 850 to 1,200 USD per month, our top editor earns more, and consistent performers get a higher base rate.

Flexible working hours but with strict expectation for quality work submitted.

Requirements. Experience editing short-form ads for Facebook, TikTok or e-commerce. Comfortable using Claude or ChatGPT for scripting and ElevenLabs for voiceovers. Able to follow a documented system precisely, implement feedback correctly the first time, and communicate proactively. Marketing instinct matters more than fancy editing: you must understand why a hook stops the scroll.

Do NOT send a portfolio or CV. We will not review them, because portfolios can be copied and CVs can be AI-generated. We evaluate you only through the two tasks below. Applications submitted without answering the following questions WILL BE REJECTED unread.

----
How to apply. Start your message with the word GLOW, then complete both tasks:

Task 1. Link 2-3 skincare or beauty ads you think are excellent. For each: describe what literally happens on screen in the first 3 seconds, and explain in 2 to 3 sentences why it stopped you personally. Specific ads with links, not brands or general styles.

Task 2. Below are two real ads from our store. One was significantly profitable, one lost money. Tell us which is which and explain your reasoning in 4 to 6 sentences. Focus on the hook and what the viewer feels, not editing polish. No trick questions.

Ad A: ----------
Ad B: ----------

Process. Pass the tasks and you get a paid test video at full rate paid on the spot, win or lose, watermark welcome, edited in English first. Do well and you move to a paid trial of about 10 creatives over 2 to 3 weeks, then ongoing work of 4 to 5 videos per week.

Applications without GLOW and both tasks completed or portfolio attached will not be read.
