About the Position
As our Customer Success & Operations Coordinator, you'll become one of the most important members of our company.
You'll often be the first person customers speak with.
You'll help guide them through difficult situations while keeping projects organized from the initial phone call through final payment.
You'll work closely with our office staff, technicians, project managers, customers, insurance companies, and vendors to make sure every project moves smoothly.

What You'll Do
Customer Success
Answer inbound phone calls professionally.
Schedule appointments.
Respond to customer
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Keep customers informed throughout their project.
Build trust through excellent communication.
Operations Coordination
Track projects from start to finish.
Coordinate schedules between customers and technicians.
Keep project files organized inside our CRM.
Ensure documents and authorizations are completed.
Identify potential issues before they become problems.
Support multiple departments throughout the day.
Sales Support
Follow up on estimates.
Schedule follow-up appointments.
Document conversations accurately.
Help customers make informed decisions.
Billing & Collections
Verify deposits.
Track progress payments.
Follow up professionally on unpaid invoices.
Keep accurate payment records.
Insurance Coordination
Communicate with insurance representatives.
Track claim progress.
Ensure documentation is submitted promptly.

Minimum Qualifications
Excellent spoken English that is clear and easily understood by U.S. customers.
Excellent written English.
Previous customer service experience over the phone.
Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps minimum).
