JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone to help set up ventures within our main company, and run them, including:

- A drop-shipping curtain business,
- An online education platform
- A buyers agency

You'll take each one from setup to fully running, handling the website, systems, and day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
- Setting up new departments in the business
- Coordinate with our in house graphic designers, etc, and outsource other parts.
- Build out systems and processes so each business can operate smoothly day to day
- Help build out course content and the learning platform for a newly launched online education venture
- Manage supplier relationships and day-to-day operations for a high-ticket drop-shipping business
- Set up the website, systems, and branding for a buyers agency, then plug it into the existing team
- Take on new ad-hoc ventures as they come up, scoping and launching each one

What we're looking for
- Experienced end to end project management (not only admin or customer service) where you're happy to start a business from scratch and build it up to operational and sales level.
- Comfortable coordinating with other tea ---------- mbers or hiring where needed.
- Initiative, communication, follow up, organisation, skills to juggle a few ventures at once.

What we consider a plus:
- Experience with ecommerce or Meta ads
- Online course creation experience
- Experience building an online business

Hours & schedule
- Starts as part time; opportunity to go full time within weeks or months
- Fully remote
- Some overlap with Melbourne business hours expected for check-ins
