About Us:
We're ScaleClinics, a fast-growing US marketing agency that helps medical clinics get more patients. We run the ads. You make sure everything behind the ads actually works. We're a small, high-output remote team (US, South Africa, Canada, Pakistan) and you'd be our dedicated technical builder.

The Role:
You will own the technical build for every new client we launch. This is not a client-facing role. You will likely never be on a call with a client or a provider. I handle all of that. Your job is to build the systems and be personally responsible for verifying that everything works end to end before a client goes live.

If something is broken, I want to hear it from you first, not discover it later. The best person for this role is someone who speaks up early, asks questions when instructions are unclear, and treats "it works end to end" as their personal standard.

What You'll Be Doing:
Creating GHL subaccounts and loading our snapshot for each new client
Building and maintaining multi-step GHL workflows and automations with branching logic, triggers, custom fields, tags, and webhooks (this is the core of the job)
Auditing existing client systems to find broken automations, delayed triggers, and failure points, then fixing them
Handling A2P 10DLC registration end to end for every client
Setting up AI callers in Retell AI and connecting them to GHL
Purchasing and configuring phone numbers (GHL and Retell)
Loading SMS and email copy into workflows
Installing Meta Pixel on funnels and mapping custom events with CAPI
Wiring payment webhooks from payment processors into GHL
Setting up calendars with deposits for in-person clients
Connecting external site leads (Lovable) into GHL
Adding Microsoft Clarity to funnels and inviting the team
Running full end-to-end tests of every system before launch and fixing what you find

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience, agency-side strongly preferred
Proven experience with A2P 10DLC registration (you've done it multiple times, not once)
A portfolio of workflows, automations, and funnels you personally built and can walk through. We're looking for someone who builds complex multi-step automations, not someone who only loads snapshots and edits templates
Experience debugging automations built by other people, not just your own
Comfortable with webhooks, APIs, and connecting third-party tools
Strong written English and proactive communication
Available full-time with 4+ hours overlap with US Mountain Time

Bonus Points:
Retell AI or any AI voice agent platform experience
Meta CAPI and custom event mapping experience
Experience with healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated verticals
n8n, Make, or Zapier experience
