Bachelor’s degree in architectural
Licensed Architect is preferred or required depending on the project scope
10–12 years of extensive experience in engineering project management
Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects from planning through completion
Strong knowledge of engineering principles
Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation effectively
Experienced in coordinating with clients and consultants
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
Proficient in project management and engineering software such as Microsoft Project, REVIT, AutoCAD, or related tools
Strong understanding of contract management, technical documentation, and project compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Ability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and management reporting
Knowledge of international building codes, engineering standards
PMP, PRC license, or other relevant engineering/project management certifications are an advantage
Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
