JOB OVERVIEW

Duties / Responsibilities:


Sales Operations
Manage the partnership pipeline from first meeting through launch.
Own CRM accuracy and next-step tracking.
Coordinate follow-up communications, ensuring no lead ever goes cold due to our lack of follow-through
Prepare meeting materials and proposals.
Build reporting dashboards and pipeline metrics
Pilot Success
Coordinate implementation with schools and clubs.
Build branded parent ordering pages.
Manage onboarding checklists.
Coordinate communication with parents and coaches.
Track participation and reorder opportunities.


Operations
Coordinate with Salt Box on inventory and fulfillment
Manage sample shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and purchasing needs.
Coordinate fulfillment for pilots and customer orders.
Improve operational workflows as the business grows.


Customer Success
Coordinate onboarding for new partner organizations.
Manage the FuelBoxx Partner Portal which houses branded organization ordering pages.
Manage implementation timelines.
Ensure every partner has an exceptional experience.


Project Management
Keep company priorities moving.
Basic Website Management using either WordPress or Shopify
Coordinate vendors and outside partners.
Track deliverables across marketing, PR, operations, and product.
Document processes and create SOPs.

Executive Support
Help prioritize the founder's workload.
Coordinate scheduling when needed.
Prepare agendas and action items.
Build systems that keep the business organized and moving efficiently.
