Digital Marketing Strategist — Work Alongside AI, Own the Results

We're hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Strategist who wants to work on a modern, AI-powered marketing team. This is NOT a typical VA role where you grind through repetitive tasks all day. Most of our execution runs through AI tooling (Claude + MCP integrations connected directly to our marketing platforms). Your job is to be the human brain on top of it: direct the strategy, QA everything the AI produces, catch what it misses, and make sure our numbers across every channel are amazing.

Think of the role as half execution, half quality assurance and strategy.

What you'll own:

Email marketing — plan and QA campaigns, flows, and segmentation; monitor deliverability, open/click/revenue metrics

Facebook/Meta ads — campaign structure, audiences, creative testing, budget management
Google Ads — search, shopping, and PMax campaigns; keyword and bid strategy
TikTok ads — campaign setup, creative angles, trend-driven testing
New ad ideas — you'll constantly pitch fresh hooks, angles, offers, and creative concepts
Reporting & analytics — weekly performance reporting across all channels; spot problems early, find opportunities, and recommend what to do next
QA of AI-generated work — review campaigns, copy, and reports produced through our AI workflows before anything goes live; nothing ships without your sign-off

Who we're looking for:

2+ years hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta and Google required; TikTok a big plus)
Real email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) — flows, campaigns, list health
Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable in a spreadsheet, you know your ROAS from your CTR, and you can explain WHY a number moved, not just report it
Excellent written English — you'll be reviewing and editing customer-facing copy
Detail-obsessed — you catch the typo, the broken UTM, the audience overlap, the tracking gap
Curious about AI — you don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be excited (not threatened) about working with AI tools daily. We'll train you on our stack.
Able to work US Pacific business hours (PH night shift) with reliable internet and a backup plan for power/internet outages
