JOB OVERVIEW

Omnisend Email Specialist — Flow Builds + Weekly Campaigns (E-commerce)

We are a US-based marketing agency managing e-commerce brands. We are hiring one email specialist to own email for our entire client base.

Important — read this before applying. Our clients sell in a compliance-sensitive product category. That means mainstream email platforms scrutinize these accounts closely, deliverability is fragile, and copy has to be written carefully. You will need to care about domain authentication, warm-up, list hygiene, and sender reputation — not just pretty templates.

What you'll do

Per new client (intensive, one-time): Build the full flow set in Omnisend — welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and replenishment. Proper segmentation and branching, not one-email placeholders. This is the most important work you will do for us, because repeat purchase is where our clients make their money.

Ongoing, per client: campaign emails per week once flows are live. Segmented sends, not blasts to the whole list. Monitor open rates, click rates, deliverability, and unsubscribes, and tell us when something is degrading.

Requirements

Hands-on Omnisend experience (strong Klaviyo experience is acceptable if you can switch quickly — say so)
You can explain domain authentication and warm-up in your own words
Real segmentation skill — you know why sending to everyone is a mistake
You write your own email copy in clean, native-sounding English
E-commerce background, ideally with repeat-purchase or consumable products
You notice deliverability problems before we do

How to apply Start your application with the word REPLENISH so we know you read the post. Applications without it are deleted unread.

Then answer:

Walk us through the last complete flow set you built.
Which flows, what triggers and delays, what segmentation, and what were the results?
A client's open rate drops from 38% to 12% over three weeks. What are the first four things you check?
Which platform are you strongest in, and how many brands have you run email for?

Please attach or link to one email you personally wrote. We care more about that than your resume.
