JOB OVERVIEW

Client Success Manager — Slack , US Hours (Night Shift)

We are a US-based marketing agency. We are hiring one person to be the voice of our company to every client we have.

This is not a ticket-closing support job. You will be the single person our clients talk to every day, the person who runs their onboarding call, and the person who keeps them happy enough to stay with us for years. It is the most important hire we will make this year.

This role requires US business hours, which means night shift in the Philippines. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this schedule.

What you'll do

-Own the client Slack channels, answer questions, chase down answers from our team, keep nothing sitting unanswered
-Run the onboarding call for every new client on Zoom, camera on
-Coordinate between clients and our media buyers, email specialist, and fulfillment team when issues come up
-Follow up on invoices and collect payment, professionally and persistently
-Explain charges and additional costs clearly so clients never feel surprised
-Introduce our additional services — fulfillment, payment processing, and others — when a client's situation fits
-Improve our internal process as you go. If you see something breaking repeatedly, you fix the system, not just the i ----------

Requirements

Excellent written English. This is genuinely the core skill of the job — you are our company in text, all day
Confident on calls with US business owners
Available during US business hours, consistently
Experience in account management, client success, or agency client communication
Organized enough to track accounts without dropping anything
Comfortable talking about money — invoices, late payments, upgrades

How to apply Start your application with the word CHANNEL so we know you read the post. Applications without it are deleted unread.

Then do this short exercise — it is the whole application, and we read every one:

A client messages your Slack channel at 9am: "This is the third week in a row we haven't seen the report you promised. Honestly considering whether this is worth continuing."

Write your actual reply, word for word, as you would send it.

Also tell us:

How many client accounts have you personally managed at one time?
What hours can you work, in US Eastern time?
Have you ever had to ask a client for a late payment? What did you say?
