Meta + TikTok Media Buyer — Restricted Category Experience Required
We are a US-based performance marketing agency. We manage paid acquisition for e-commerce brands, and we are adding a media buyer to the team as our client base grows.
Important — read this before applying. Our clients operate in a compliance-sensitive product category. Ad accounts in this space get reviewed constantly, restricted regularly, and banned without warning. This is normal and expected in our world. We work through agency ad accounts and we plan around it.
If you have only ever run ads for clothing, supplements-as-usual, or standard dropshipping, this role will not suit you. We need someone who has lived through account restrictions and knows how to keep spend running anyway.
What you'll do
Manage Meta and TikTok campaigns for client accounts
Launch and iterate creative — this is the heaviest part of the work and can happen any day
Check every ad account several times per day for delivery issues, restrictions, and spend pacing
Send one short daily report per client: what happened, what you're seeing, what you want to do next
Flag account health issues immediately — speed matters more than polish here
Time commitment Roughly a few hours of focused work per day, including the report. Creative launch days are heavier. We are not paying you to sit in a chair for 8 hours — we are paying for judgment and responsiveness.
Requirements
2+ years running Meta ads with real budget (tell us your monthly managed spend)
Working proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, not just theory
Direct experience with restricted, flagged, or banned ad accounts — appeals, Business Manager structure, asset separation
You understand why we keep accounts, pixels, domains, and payment methods separated
Reliable daily availability and fast Slack response
Clear written English
Long-term role
How to apply?
Start your application with the word DELIVERY so we know you read the post. Applications without it are deleted unread.
Then answer these three questions:
What is the largest monthly ad spend you have personally managed, on which platform, and for what type of product?
Describe a specific time an ad account you managed was restricted or banned. What exactly did you do next, and what was the outcome?
How do you structure Business Managers, ad accounts, and pixels when you expect scrutiny?
Short, specific answers beat long generic ones.
