JOB OVERVIEW

HomeCrew is a US co-living property management company. We turn single-family homes into high-quality room-by-room rentals and manage them for the owners. We are looking for one sharp, driven Landlord Partnerships Manager to find property owners, build relationships with real estate agents and brokerages, and guide interested owners into our management program.

This is a hunting and relationship role first. You will spend most of your day prospecting and having conversations. Over time, and with direct coaching from our sales lead, you will grow into running the full cycle from first contact to a signed agreement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Prospect for property owners through the channels we set up, and hunt for new ones.
- Build referral relationships with real estate agents and brokerages by phone and video.
- Drive interested owners to our sales page and follow up consistently.
- Run friendly qualifying and discovery calls when an owner reaches out.
- Work closely with and learn from our sales lead, who will train you on our process and lead the closing calls at first.

WHO YOU ARE

- You sound natural and clear on the phone to a US audience — American-market phone English is essential for this role.
- You are comfortable with rejection and high call volume and keep your energy up.
- You are coachable — you take feedback, follow a process, and document what you learn.
- You take ownership and follow through without being chased.
- You can work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time, following Denver daylight-saving changes, 40 hours/week, with a one-hour break, full-time. (Our team already works US daytime hours from the Philippines — this is normal for us.)

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

- Real outbound phone experience with US customers. A strong plus, not a requirement. We ask about it in the application because it is useful to know, and it never rules anyone out.
- Real estate knowledge, CRM experience, or prior closing experience. We will teach the real-estate and closing side — bring the hunting instinct and the phone skills.

DETAILS

- Full-time, 40 hours/week, direct contractor (no agency).
- 100% remote. You provide a reliable computer, stable internet with a backup, a good headset, and a quiet place to take calls. We provide the software and accounts.
- Pay: $8–$12/hour (USD) depending on experience — about $1,387–$2,080 per month at 40 hours/week — plus a $150 bonus for every landlord who signs and is accepted onto HomeCrew management. Paid as a direct full-time contractor.
