We're an online coaching company providing digital marketing training and services and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Launch Assistant to help run the launches of our digital products business.
You'll be responsible for turning marketing strategies into fully functioning launches by building funnels,
## Responsibilities
* Build and update sales funnels in GoHighLevel
* Set up products, checkout pages, order bumps and upsells
* Build and manage
* Schedule
* QA all funnels,
* Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes
* Maintain SOPs and launch checklists
* Track basic funnel and
* Coordinate launches to ensure everything is completed on schedule
## Required Skills
* Strong experience with a CRM software or willing to learn
* Experience building marketing funnels, landing pages and automations
* Familiarity of
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Able to work independently and proactively solve problems
## Bonus Skills
* Canva
* Basic HTML/CSS
* Experience launching digital products or online courses
## Who You Are
You love checklists, systems, and organization. You enjoy catching mistakes before customers ever see them. You're proactive, dependable, and take ownership of projects from setup through launch.
This is **not** a copywriting or a strategy role. You'll work closely with the founder to implement campaigns and ensure every launch runs smoothly.
Compensation Structure:
- Flat fee + bonus % of launch revenue (after probationary period)
