About Us:
We are Countryside Hauling, a high-volume, top-rated junk removal and hauling business operating in Florida (Jacksonville & Tallahassee locations). We are hiring TWO (2) Virtual Assistants to cover our 68-hour weekly operational window (Mon–Fri 7 AM–7 PM EST and Sat 8 AM–4 PM EST).

We are filling two specific staggered shifts with a 30-minute daily overlap for handoffs:
• SHIFT A (Morning): Mon–Fri 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM EST
• SHIFT B (Afternoon/Saturday): Mon–Fri 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST + Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

What You’ll Be Doing Daily:
• Workiz CRM & Dispatch: Answer inbound calls/texts, enter customer details, generate fast estimates, and dispatch field crews across Jax and Tally.
• Shift Handoffs: Use our 30-minute overlap window (1:00 PM – 1:30 PM EST) to communicate open jobs, crew statuses, and pending customer quotes with your co-VA.
• Lead Conversion: Respond instantly to incoming web and phone leads to secure bookings on the schedule.
• Invoicing & Payments: Issue invoices through Workiz upon job completion and follow up on outstanding balances.

Requirements (Must-Haves):
• Direct experience with Workiz (or similar field service CRMs like Jobber or Housecall Pro).
• Flawless written and spoken English—you will handle live phone calls and text inquiries with US clients.
• Reliability during assigned US East Coast (EST) shift hours.
• Fast, stable internet with back-up power (we operate in real-time).
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
