JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for modern design, understands user experience (UX) principles, and can create visually appealing, high-converting websites. You will work closely with our marketing, development, and creative teams to design websites that reflect our clients' brands while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Design responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
* Build websites using platforms such as Webflow, Framer
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all projects.
* Optimize designs for speed, usability, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
* Revise designs based on client and internal feedback.
* Design landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions.
* Create graphics, icons, banners, and other web assets when needed.
* Stay up to date with current web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required

* 1+ years of experience in web design.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating modern website designs.
* Proficiency in Figma
* Experience with Webflow and Framer
* Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
* Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
* Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Experience working with marketing agencies or client-based projects.
