JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team and help us call and follow up with leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about real estate sales support.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads on a daily basis
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone, text, and email until an appointment is set
- Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and readiness to buy or sell
- Accurately log all lead activity, notes, and statuses in Bold Trail and Follow Up Boss
- Use our Ren AI tool to help manage lead workflows and follow-up sequences
- Schedule qualified appointments for our listing and buyer agents
- Maintain a positive, professional, and persistent approach with every lead

Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate is required, ideally as an ISA, cold caller, or real estate virtual assistant
- Perfect written and spoken English is required
- Experience with Bold Trail (kvCORE) and Follow Up Boss is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted lead tools (such as Ren AI) is a plus
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a good headset
