About Us
Inner Circle Leads is a life insurance lead generation company. We run paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc) to deliver exclusive, TCPA-compliant leads to licensed agents in real time. Every agent gets a white-labeled GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM sub-account pre-loaded with automations, AI follow-up, and a members training area.
You will own our back-end technical infrastructure and front-end client onboarding experience.

The Role
You will serve as our GHL Automation, Operations & Client Onboarding Specialist, managing two core pillars:

1. Technical Infrastructure & Integrations: Building complex GHL workflows, managing custom CSS/JS sub-account features, integrating Sendblue SMS, training advanced outside AI chat/voice bots, and optimizing lead routing using ---------- automations, etc

2. Client Onboarding & Training: Leading live 1-on-1 Zoom setup calls with new members and creating asynchronous video training content for our members portal.

Core Responsibilities
- Complex GHL Workflows & ---------- Automation: Build sophisticated, high-volume GHL automations integrated directly with ---------- . You must have deep experience mapping multi-field Meta Lead Form data into GHL custom fields, as well as building custom webhooks to dynamically pull, process, and inject data from external sources like Google Sheets into active lead workflows in real time.

- Live 1-on-1 Zoom Onboarding: Conduct face-to-face onboarding calls with new members to guide them through connecting calendars, custom email domains, phone numbers/LC credits, WAVV dialer, and general CRM navigation.

- Members Area Video Training: Record clean, engaging screen-share videos for our members area so agents can reference step-by-step setup tutorials post-onboarding.

- Membership Area & Shopping Cart Infrastructure: Build and configure the backend membership portal and integrated shopping carts for our existing front-end website. Ensure seamless checkout flows, automated product delivery, and sub-account provisioning upon purchase.

- GHL Infrastructure & Advanced AI: Build master snapshots, round-robin distribution, and A2P 10DLC registrations. Build sophisticated workflows that integrate Sendblue SMS as well as outside AI chat and voice bots, training and prompting them to perfection.

- Custom Code & Sub-Account Features: Write custom CSS and JavaScript to tailor our white-labeled GHL interface, portals, and build custom features directly into client sub-accounts.

- Social Ad Lead Ingestion: Deeply understand Meta Instant Forms field mapping, as well as lead form setups across TikTok, Google, and other paid platforms to ensure seamless data flow.

- Integrations & Data Compliance: Manage LeadConduit, ActiveProspect, TrustedForm certificate workflows, and cost-optimized ---------- scenarios. Connect Stripe webhooks for automated billing pauses/reactivations.

- Documentation: Write plain-English SOPs for every workflow, custom script, and scenario you build.

Required Experience & Skills
- GoHighLevel (Expert): Multi-sub-account agency builds, snapshot deployment, and cross-account routing. (Single-account funnel builders need not apply).

- Advanced AI & Outside Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating and training outside AI chat and voice bots, alongside Sendblue SMS integration within GHL workflows.

- Social Form Mapping: Mastery of Meta Instant Forms, field mapping, and multi-platform social lead ingestion.

- Custom Code: Proficient in CSS and JavaScript to customize GHL white-label sub-accounts and build custom portal features.

- On-Camera & Video Production: Articulate on live Zoom setup calls and comfortable recording short, polished training tutorials for our video library.

- Integrations & Tools: Hands-on experience with WAVV dialer, ---------- , Stripe webhooks, A2P 10DLC, and calendar/email setups.

- Lead Scrubbing Compliance: Familiarity with TrustedForm, ActiveProspect, and LeadConduit certification pipelines.

What We Are NOT Looking For
- Anyone uncomfortable being on camera or doing live client training and recording videos.
- Anyone looking for a side project — this is a full-time, core role.
- Basic funnel builders who do not know how to write custom code or integrate external APIs/bots.
