For our male jewelry brand we are looking for a video designer that is familiar with designing converting videos for lifestyle brands (fashion, jewelry) on meta.
we also expect you to be proactive: study top-performing video ads on Meta (ours, competitors', and the wider market), spot what's working, and bring fresh concepts on your own initiative. We want a creative partner who improves our ads over time, not just a pair of hands.
What you'll do
Edit short-form video ads (9:16 and 4:5) from supplied footage, UGC, and product clips
Execute our structures and briefs precisely when given direction
Cut hooks that stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds
Add captions, text overlays, sound design, and music that fit the brand
Proactively research and analyze winning video ads on Meta, and pitch new concepts based on what's converting
Test fresh hooks, pacing, and offer treatments — then iterate on winners
Keep every asset on-brand: warm, minimal, premium — never cluttered or "salesy"
Deliver organized, correctly named files on a batch schedule
Requirements
Strong portfolio of short-form video ad work (please link it)
Proven experience with DTC / e-commerce or paid social (Meta) video creative
Experience editing for fashion, jewelry, or premium/luxury brands
Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve — your choice, as long as output is clean and precise (delivery via Figma)
Good eye for pacing, timing, typography, and sound
Comfortable working in both 9:16 and 4:5 — not just cropping one into the other
Proactive and autonomous — comes with ideas, doesn't wait to be told every step
Genuine interest in ad performance and what makes creative convert
Reliable, communicative, comfortable with a recurring part-time workload
Good written English
Start your message with the word "STONE" so I know you read this fully. Include:
A link to your portfolio (short-form video ads preferred)
Which editing software you use
Your part-time availability per week
One video ad (any brand) you think is well-edited, and one sentence on why
Applications without a portfolio link won't be considered.
