JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

We manufacture and wholesale. We sell in large quantities to distributors in other countries, and those distributors resell to pharmacies, clinics, labs, and hospitals in their own market.

We also source and supply products outside our own catalog - medical disposables and pharmaceuticals - mainly to emerging markets.

THE JOB

Find distributors of rapid diagnostics who order in large quantities, and keep a tracker updated with them.

1. Find distributor companies
2. Confirm they are actually a distributor or importer - not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or another manufacturer
3. Note what products and brands they already carry
4. Match that against our catalog (we will send it to you) - which of our products would fit them
5. Find a contact - name, title, email, phone, LinkedIn
6. Log it in a shared Google Sheet

Main goal is distributors of rapid diagnostics. But also keep an eye out for companies distributing medical disposables and pharmaceuticals - those are markets we can get into too, so log them as well.

You are not selling or doing outreach. You find, verify, and log. Someone else takes it from there.

That is a perfect lead. Rapids, immunology and urinalysis match our catalog directly. Pharmaceuticals and medical supplies match the outsourced side.

MARKETS

Emerging markets are the priority - Caribbean, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, South and Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Beyond that it is your call.

WHERE TO LOOK

- Google in the local language - "distribuidor de pruebas rapidas", "distributeur reactifs de laboratoire". This is the most valuable skill in this role.

- Directories - Kompass, Europages
- Competitor sites. Chinese and Korean IVD manufacturers often publish their country distributors. Those companies already import rapid tests.

TRACKER COLUMNS

Company Name, Country, City, Website, Distributor Type, Product Categories They Carry, Brands They Already Carry, Which Carry Our Products Match, Carries Disposables?, Carries Pharma?, Estimated Size, Contact Name, Contact Title, Email, Phone/WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Source, Notes, Date Added

Prioritize contacts in Procurement, Purchasing, Product Manager, Owner, or Managing Director. A named person's email beats ----------

Target: 15-25 verified companies per week to start, ramping up once you know the industry. Quality over quantity - do not pad the sheet.

- Hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies - they are end users
- Other manufacturers
- Alibaba trading accounts, middlemen, sourcing agents
- Freight forwarders, customs brokers
- Companies with no website or no verifiable contact info
- Companies selling only heavy equipment (MRI, X-ray) with no consumables

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong written English
- Experience with B2B lead research and list building
- Comfortable with foreign-language sites and translation tools
- Google Sheets - clean and consistent
- Self-directed
- Detail-obsessed
