JOB OVERVIEW

We are Easy Clothes, a US online women's fashion brand. Our site is ---------- . We launch 30 new products every two weeks and run thousands of SKUs.

Read this part carefully. Our website is fully built and maintained using AI. You do not need HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Liquid. You make changes by clearly describing what you want to Claude, which writes all the code. What you need is excellent ecommerce UX judgment, Shopify fluency, and the ability to explain exactly what you want in writing.

This is a three person team
We are hiring three roles at once: a Data Analyst, a Merchandising Specialist, and a Website and UX Coordinator. The three of you work hand in hand every single day. The analyst finds the problem, the merchandiser d ---------- the fix, you build and ship it. If you prefer working alone in a silo, this is not the role.

All three of you report directly to Maliyah, one of our managers at our Los Angeles office, and you meet with the owner of the company directly at least once a week.

What you will do

Build and update homepage layouts, banners, landing pages, collection layouts, product page sections
Implement every merchandising decision live, including upsells, cross sells and bundles
Fix the friction the analyst finds in the customer journey and checkout
Prepare and publish the site for a launch every two weeks with our graphic designer
Run at least one conversion test every week
Weekly mobile QA, speed check and bug sweep
Work on a staging theme, preview everything, run a pre publish checklist, keep a version log

Requirements

2+ years hands on inside Shopify stores
Strong ecommerce UX and conversion optimization judgment
Excellent written and spoken English. Your main tool is a clear written brief, and you will be on calls with our LA team
Comfortable using AI daily. If you have never used Claude or ChatGPT seriously, this is not for you
Careful and methodical. You publish to a live store taking real orders
Must work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Los Angeles time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $1,000 USD per month, full time, 40 hours per week
