Digital Creative Designer
We’re Looking for a Designer Who Can Make Information Clear

About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Creative Designer who can create clean, modern designs for:
Websites
Landing pages
Marketing
Paid ads
Ecommerce campaigns
This role is not only about making things look good.
Your designs should help people quickly understand:
-What is being offered
-Why it matters
-Where to look
-What to do next
You will work across several ecommerce brands and help keep their designs clear, organized, and consistent.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
-Design website sections and landing pages in Figma
-Create desktop and mobile layouts
-Design marketing
-Create paid-ad graphics for platforms such as Meta and Google
-Turn campaign ideas into clear visual designs
-Create different sizes and versions of ads
-Organize text, images, spacing, and calls to action
-Follow brand guidelines
-Prepare clean and organized Figma files
-Work with marketers, copywriters, developers, and other designers
-Manage feedback, revisions, and tasks in ClickUp
-Review your work for spelling, alignment, consistency, and readability
You are not expected to code.
You are expected to understand how good design supports marketing and helps customers take action.
What We’re Looking For
You should:
-Be comfortable using Figma
-Understand layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
-Have experience designing websites,
-Know how to design for both desktop and mobile
-Be able to follow creative direction
-Pay close attention to details
-Keep your files organized
-Handle feedback without taking it personally
-Communicate clearly
-Meet deadlines
-Be comfortable working across different brands
Helpful experience includes:

-Shopify

You do not need to be an expert in every area.
You do need strong design judgment, a willingness to learn, and the ability to produce clean, reliable work.
How You’ll Work With the Team
You will work closely with:
-Marketing teams that provide campaign goals and offers
-Copywriters who provide headlines and messaging
-Media buyers who need new ad designs and variations
-Developers who build approved website designs
-Project managers who organize priorities and deadlines
You will not be working alone.
The team will provide direction, feedback, and campaign information. Your job is to turn that information into clear and polished designs.
