JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're looking for a Support Helpdesk Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a U.S.-based property management company. In this role, you'll review applications, update resident accounts, assist with lease processing, and work closely with different teams to ensure smooth business operations.

What You'll Do
Review rental applications and ensure all required documents are complete.
Prepare and process lease approvals.
Update pricing and make approved changes when needed.
Review and correct resident account balances and ledger issues.
Process applicant deposit refunds within company guidelines.
Review screening results and approve qualified applicants when appropriate.
Collaborate with teams such as Revenue Management, Regional Managers, and Support to resolve issues and improve processes.
Follow company policies while handling administrative and operational requests.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, property management, administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experience with Entrata or Power BI is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Willing to work one weekend day as part of your schedule.
